I am always pleased with the results of procedures I have had done by Dr Alka Singh from Botox to sculptural to fillers… I will never go anywhere else!

I went to Springs Wellness Center as a new patient 2 weeks ago. I haven’t been to a doctor in a few years and needed a complete physical. I’m so pleased with everyone in that office. When I called to schedule my appointment, I spoke with the receptionist, who was very welcoming. The medical staff and Dr. Singh treated me like family. I’m so happy I chose this office. Finally an office where you have friendly people who love what they do. I highly recommend this office !!

This office is great. I had some concerns that other doctors blew off. I was treated nice from my call to schedule the appointment and my visits. The nurses are compassionate and friendly. I’ve had the chance to see two doctors here. Both LISTENED to all my concerns and referred me to the specialists that I should have seen a year ago. I’m happy I found an office where everyone is friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this office for a primary doctor.
